Ongoing Professional Learning

I am constantly working to learn as much as I can to increase my knowledge and skills in various subject areas, including my two teachables of Media Arts/Communications Technology and Business.

I learn more about technology every day and read business articles very often to help me learn more about the market and current practices as well. To learn more about technology, I keep up with the market and learn more about new technologies when they come out as much as I can. I also experiment with various technologies at home as a hobby, which has also taught me a great deal of information.

I’m a naturally curious person, which in-turn allows me to learn a lot of information about many subject areas, but my main focus has always been technology. I want to be as great of a teacher as I can be for my students, and keeping up with my own learning is just one way that can help me achieve that goal.
