My Philosophy of Education
How I Teach
As a teacher, I will inspire students, promote cooperation and teamwork, adapt to learning styles, promote kindness, and engage students in a way that allows them to realize their abilities in a way never seen before.
One of my main philosophies is to inspire students in every way possible. I believe that every student has the potential to be someone who can change the world, but it takes something inspiring to get them there. If I can help them get there by creating a spark in them and get them inspired, then I have achieved that goal. When it comes to the real world and especially the working world, teamwork and cooperation are one of the most vital skills that should be known. As a teacher I will promote teamwork and cooperation not only within my classroom, but within my school, within my behaviour, and within my attitudes as a person. Students look up to teachers, so it’s important to demonstrate what you want the students to take with them.
Every student learns in different ways, as a teacher, I will adapt to all learning styles to allow students to learn as best as possible without making them feel left out. When it comes to communication, I believe that kindness is key. Just the way you say something can affect the way it is understood, and I believe that just using a kind attitude can make a world of difference. Education is key for people’s futures. With the role of a teacher comes great responsibility to do everything I can to help someone learn and become the best they can be.
Finally, as a teacher I will stay current by researching teaching techniques, attending workshops, and working with other teachers to collaborate and innovate within the teaching community.
