| Attend teaching workshops often to help me learn more relevant knowledge and skills to help better my students’ education. | I will continue to stay up to date with UWindsor workshops available to students and will look into workshops at my employer after I graduate from the program. | I will know by keeping a collection of my attended workshops and create a goals list to outline what I would like to learn and check them off as I attend these workshops. |
| Achieve various certifications related to technology and education. | I will sign up for various certification programs for teachers (ex. Google Certified Teacher and Microsoft Certified Educator) and complete the courses to help expand my skills and help my students and fellow educators with the technology we use to teach. | I will know that I have achieved this goal by receiving certification certificates from these courses which show proof of obtaining these goals. |
| Collaborate with fellow educators to help expand my knowledge and skills | I will be sure to work with other teachers in my teachable subjects, as well as in other teachable areas to see what they are doing in their classrooms, and share different strategies that we can both use to advance our teaching skills. | The evidence of this will be whether or not I have learned and gained new knowledge and skills over the course of my teaching career.
